They appear to be Luftwaffe Nachrichten to me. I don't believe the Luftwaffe used a copper brown color.

Sorry, just I make a mistake, this is not luftwaffe, this is a wehrmacht shoulder boards!!!

These look like Bau (brown) to me and not Armored recon (copper brown).

These straps are for an Enlisted man of BAUTRUPPEN not Pz.Aufklarungs.

There are THREE usages of BROWN for Heer:
Light brown: pre 1936 NACHTRICHTEN (singnals)
Light brown: BAUTRUPPEN (construction troops)
Copper brown: PANZER AUFKLARUNGS (Armored Recon)

FYI, it seems that dealers like to list light brown piped items as Panzer Recon
for obvious reasons (which would sell better: construction troops or armored recon?)
