Everything replaced, outline of the old eagle, mismatched numbers of a regiment that didn't exist, collar tabs replaced.

When seeing GJR30 one should already approach the tunic with caution. As said by several others, there never existed a Gebirgsjäger Regiment 30.
Guess it's one of the first things to look at when handling a dubious uniform: check if the regiment actually existed
