I recently picked up this portrait in ebay ("lost" in the post unfortunately) and I wanted to share it with you.
Look at the collar patches, It is an unusual application of litzen over a plain cloth tab

Looks ike self appliction after the skulls came off, a bit off centre.
Hard to tell because of the fuzzy background, but the shoulder straps look like
they are sewn down ?
