german overcoat m36?

hi gents here is a supposed TSD oberleutnant overcoat
some people tell me its medical but the blue doesnt realy correspond to the medical shade of darker blue, and what kind of overcoat is it it only has one row of buttonholes except for one hole lower down on the coats right side, any specific reason for this odd choice?

Medium blue TSD boards .
The coat is a CS kaki prewar coat retinted in feldgrau and a bit modified .
