Please could I check out this well worn and tunic removed example? I think it's genuine with a slight variation of lettering, please could I have your opinions on it?

Agreed, the white thread 4th pattern is much more uncommon than the silver toned braid as well. Here are some examples I have of the different thread types and lettering used in 4th pattern cuffs. Nice pick up
