It looks ok, a collector migh have added all the loops though.

Looks like a nice tunic. This could also be a former combat soldier who was wounded and sent for Wehrkreis reserve area duties. Many times people were retrained after being wounded when they could no longer serve in combat units they would serve in training or administration units. It is possible all the loops are real.
