I personally can not see as the photo is pretty bad, but it to me looks like an old style board, I would like to see the reverse too.

I doesn't look like the typical 1930s-1945 manufactured shoulder board as one would expect. I agree with Mobydick reference on the stitching of the silver braid. My advise would be do a search of this forums on previous discussed general tunics/ shoulder boards and look closely at the photo's and compare. If it was my personal decision, I would pass on this shoulder board.
