A photo of the reverse side would help.
IMO, however, this is not an original piece.
I have never seen the reenforced edges
and the patch lacks the detail of originals.
These patches are rare, but originals do come up
for sale (Mint, uncut Bevo examples - used examples
are exceedingly rare IMO)
