Need Help

I have had these items for some time and would like to know more about them. I am contemplating selling the items but know nothing about their value and whether I should or not ( are they hard to get??). I want an ek1 from ww1 but I don't know if it would be better to trade the items for one or sell the items and buy one ( which would be the better to do for me)? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Hi Joe,

The set of collar tabs are for an Oberleutnant. The set of shoulder boards are for a Hauptmann (one rank above Oberleutnant - the corresponding collar tabs would have 3 gulls). The items are certainly not rare but being for the Flying/Para branch (yellow/gold colour) are reasonably collectable. Ballpark value for all 4 would be in the US$100-120 range at a guess (not my specialty, so I might be out by a bit). I don't know the value of the belt buckle.

I just sold off two 1914 EK1s - b*gger, I would have been interested in a trade for these as they fill some gaps!
