The situation here is quite clear,...North made the deal for this tunic and i'm guessing as payment plan with XY buyer,...this XY buyer started or did not jet start paying for the tunic and in the meantime smelled a chance to make some profit for himself by finding a true GD collector and he stumbled across Blaine. Blane was caucious cause we all know that this things are expensive and if now a second party "XY buyer/seller" is in between then the price is quite high. Forum members pointed out some problems which if considered right affect drasticaly to the price. North naturaly now it is not happy cause it seems that XY dint do his homework and made the deal soly on the word of the seller and we for sure dont know what would be his reaction if he saw this thread. Maybe there are even 2 parties between North and Blane who the hell knows if nobody ir revealing who was the first party who bought the tunic and who is selling it to Blane.
Again, you have no legal rights over photos of the items that you posses once that you share them freely with somebody else and without any watermark. What this person does with them is his decision if he wants to share them with others or not. Only legal protection you have if the pictures are published in a magazine, book,...bot not if they are placed on FB, forums or send to another email without your knowledge.
What will turn out from this matter only time will tell but if you are so pointing out the "morale" then you should show this thread to your buyer and let him see what some members pointed out that might place this set to "put together tunic". I'm not saying it is, but some pointers should be taken into consideration, expecialy by all potential buyers. Good luck to everybody
