    Field made Splittermuster Jacket ?

Here is an unknown origin Splittermuster jacket - could it be original wartime field made or post-war ?
The material as per some is not WWII period, could it be BGS version of Wehrmacht Splittermuster then ?

The seller said it was an attic find and it was dry cleaned as it stunk.
It was cheap to begin with :-)

    Thanks in advance !

Looks its made from original period zelt material. But I have no idea if it was made before 45. These jackets are a mine field.

As said, almost impossible to tell if wartime produced, but if you trust the source, why not? I actually like this one. My gut feeling, for what it's worth, says it has a good chance.

        Thanks !

I know it is impossible to date when it was made but i am more after the originality of the material.

It's made like a GJ wind jacket.

I like it too...the style certainly resembles a mountain windjacke but of course its not double breasted to begin with
and the pockets are totally different....Still nice!
