German badge, Police?

I have what I think might be a german police cap badge, not really sure? I collect WWII US stuff and this came with some American stuff I bought. I don't need it in my collection, so what would a fair price be for it on the e-stand?

Hello,

Yes, that is an other ranks grade eagle for the police service cap.
Officer's grade is identical in size but usually two piece with a much
more pronounced 3d effect. I have attached a photo of a 1 piece officer's for comparison. You can see how the wings "stick out" from the wreath more.
