Looks impressive but honestly I am not an expert, "GD" is way outside of my pay-scale!
Are the burrs something you can expect to see on such "GD" cyphers? Not wanting to be negative just wondering...

Hey not an issue with asking my friend! I'm actully not an expert on these myself but I had Mr. Scott Pritchett look at them before buying them and he gave them the thumbs up so I went ahead and trusted his judgement!

Congrats are in order than!!! I know the Germans were so anal about quality and its an Elite unit hence the question! Learned something new today!

Thanks my friend! I had a great pair of recon EM shoulder boards but had to sell them to fund another item but I can't complain with the item that showed up!

Really nice 4th pattern CT.....
About the shoulderboards from pics look very nice but only if you have them in hand you can see if the cyphers have been there since the period......
Scott knows his stuff so if he gave is ok for me as well.....

Yes I gently looked under when I first got them and you can see the shadow from these GD being on there a long time.
