Shoulder strap identification

I bought this nice shoulder strap thinking the cipher signified NCO School but now don't think it is.

I'd greatly appreciate an opinion please.

It is likely for someone assigned to the headquarters of a Wehrkreis or recruiting office if the piping/cipher are orange based of Angolia's Uniforms and Traditions of the German Army page 386.

Many thanks for your reply but p.386 only mentions white waffenfarbe.

The dealer described the strap as recruiting but it looks bright red in hand, leading me to think it's artillery related. It's not the same as the orange on my recruiting waffenrock.
