Uniforms are typical for the Summer in Italy .
Not only the italian camo stuff was used !

I remember speaking with a German Army vet about uniforms that were worn in Italy and he said that they wore whatever we could find or trade for etc. It was so hot, regulations were relaxed there and seeing all kinds of combinations like this are common. They also wore captured Allied clothing items.
