WH M44 tunic, help needed

Hi, I´ve got offered this tunic this morning at a flea market. There are some points I like, and some not. But over all it is a good one to me. Condition like new, never worn, but you see that from time to time here in Germany, especially with late produced items, which were "secured" after the war from depots.

What are your thoughts about it?

the boards, construction looks good, multi part back, but the piping material is unknown to me. Late???

Are you able to judge the eagle alone? It looks good to me, but I collect WSS, not so deep in WH stuff.

The liner material looks off, load bearing straps weak, lack of markings of any sort, missing features like the neck closure flap under the collar - looks like a good reenactors jacket to me.
