Nobody sees any possibility of these being good?

It looks like they were put together and some type of solution sprayed on them to simulate aging, possibly saline. The pip, tress, and cypher might be good; but, the rest is a contrived mess in my opinion.

I'll make it unanimous: repros with original parts.
It would be wise to spend more money and buy an
unquestionably original pair. (they're not hard to find!)
