    Hi, can anyone help me with these boards I just got in? Apparently for a warrant officer

    The crossed anchors represent a Helmsman/Coxswain career. I believe the combination of rank and career make him an Obersteuermann.

      The rank is the equivalent of a Chief Petty Officer (E-7) in the U.S. Navy.
