RZM Hooks for ??

Hello,
Does anybody know what are those hooks for ? Political pants ? They are RZm and 55 marked. They look like hooks which are on SS tropical pants/shorts but they are golden.

If they're gold colored, they're belt supports that sew into the bottom edge of the brownshirts of the SA and Political Leaders. They're also seen used on the side seams of the SA and Political wool tunics.
