I think it is Student Bund. Looks OK to me.

Studentenbund. Not a period one however. Period ones should only be made 1 way, as they are RZM regulated pieces. Here is a period one.

I agree with Kyle on this armband. Not one I would accept as original for a few reasons, most obvious the material it appears to be made from.
