    You have wright Johnny, the name on the tag is not enough for me also.
    I was searching in web just like You, but no results.
    The tunic is made in austrian style, but could be doubts about the owner.
    Most certain is that the owner was an Austrian, but there are no other proofs than the name tag.
    IMHO the loops was cut, but marks are visible.
