Definitely a put together piece.
The boards are for administration, the officer tabs are good, The edelweiss looks good but it appears to be just put together. The wear on the insignia doesn't match and there is something about the eagle I do not care for. I will take another look at it.

The eagle appears to me as a high quality rayon fake. I had seen these only in panzer colors before. It looks like that it might be sewn on top of another eagle. Possibly an original M40 Grey on field grey.
Looking at the back of the collar tabs you can see the stitching of the original enlisted collar tabs. Who knows if they are still there. ait could be a possibility though.

M42 tunic looks much better. The staining to the rayon lining appears to be blood.Comment

I see no problems with the jacket itself. Breast eagle appears to be period original but cannot tell if it's been reapplied (probably was). Collar tabs are machine sewn on the length wich is good. NCO shoulder straps appear to be good but better pictures of them are needed. Looks like they have rayon piping.

The staining looks like rust to me. There is nothing about this one that makes me suspicious.
