Original wrapper but I would say a replaced eagle and possible replaced (if original) collar tabs.IMO

Death heads are ground dug , with corrosion you don't except to find on such a nice jacket ...

I agree with the other comments posted. In my opinion the insignia is replaced.
I would pass on this jacket.
