Looking for help with value on Luftwaffe ring

Hey guys, I'm a total beginner and need help with the value on a German silver ring that I believe is a Luftwaffe observer ring (assuming that it's original) . I only have one picture. The guy selling it is having trouble getting a close up picture without it being super blurry. He is close to me so I will be able to hold the ring in hand before buying it. Thanks

well it is a good wartime pattern.

A general Luftwaffe ring, not for any specialty. Any one with the money could order/buy one. IF authentic its a nice ring..
