This is not a Heer tunic. Appears to be KM Coastal Artillery tunic note the lining and bottom pockets.

Sleeve band actually looks to be a well worn original example

The boards also look like they may be tailor-made originals. The pips are the type normally not used on shoulder boards with pins on the sides of the stars like many collar pips.

The boards are original ones from what I'm seeing and the cuff looks to be original as well. Matt
