Does anybody else have one of these with a black bobbin thread on the eagle? I would love to see it. I have never seen one. Here are a couple that I have.

I'm afraid I can't 'peel back' the material without really reefing on it more than might be advisable. Here're some more shots of the back; perhaps they wil be better than the first. RC

I believe that this "T" Form is one of the newer reproductions. I had seen the black backed eagle before but couldn't remember where. I got digging in the eagle box and came up with this.

Well, that sort-of bites even though I'm really not remotely into traps and haven't the foggiest, honestly, one way or another on this style of insignia.

That's why I rely on you guys. Thanx for the insight as it would've been embarrassing to slap this on the insignia table and get my ass blindsided.
