Unidentified pants

I picked these up along with a large assortment of WWII German and Italian items. They are pants to be worn over uniform pants and have an elastic waist. The material is similar to the cloth used in WWII German backpack pockets.

Any help would be appreciated.

italian made and captured by the german army .
This trousers go with the italian short 2 pockets jacket in the same cloth .

Thanks, is it Italian Navy or some type of protective suit? It seems sort of heavy for wear in combat etc,
