    Sleeve Badge Help

    Right out of a recent vet estate buy is this piece which i have never seen before. Super high quality as the pis will show. I know it's some kind of shooting badge, but what?? Thanks guys

      It is a patch for a German veterans organization called the Kyffhäuserbund, it was awarded for a shooting competition in 1940, translates loosely to "Competition winner". I believe these came in different grades with yours being the lowest grade in bronze but I do not know much more about them.
