$9.00 is a lot of money unless he is shipping it next day mail. I can send a small item priority for $6.00 and some change. I would dicker with him and tell him $40. all inclusive! If not I'll see what I can find around here for you.

I agree with Fred - $9 is too much. Since it's not breakable and weighs almost nothing, he could even put it in a regular envelope and send it with just a first class stamp, so you should definitely have room to negotiate.

Sorry, you were writing at the same time I was. Definitely not worth the extra cost, and I think you'd do better to buy one from a US seller. In all of my years in Europe, I generally found cloth insignia to be more expensive than in the US, though you could find some bargains on occasion. Fred should be able to find you one easily as I think he deals in more cloth insignia than just about anyone else I see on the WAF.
