These come fro China I believe. In an early run the labels read "unifrom", later corrected to the proper spelling "uniform"...still a fantasy tailor label...

It's a fake for sure, probably movie costume.
I don't think it comes from China. I have never seen this kind of tailor label on any TR reproduction uniform which made in China.
