Officers collar tab set

Based on the green color I assume Heeresverwaltung? (Admin) but there is no piping along 3 sides...
It's being offered as Polizei...I doubt its GJ...

but it doesn't look like this HV tab...(with nebenfarbe in white)

Some body just removed the piping.

They have been soaked in water or washed etc. The buckram is swollen.

I would agree with Fred. They look like these tabs

And unless I am mistaken there seems to be shadow thread lines where it would have been sewn on. I also posted an example of what happens......
