    Opinion on M40 NCO Tunic

    Hi everyone,

I am interested in purchasing an M40 NCO Tunic but I want some profesional opinions. The breast eagle and collar are reaplied but in all it looks as if in good condition.

    Thanks!

The tunic has quite a lot or repair work done to it...possibly post war even. However, with that said, the tunic still representative though I feel the price is a bit high.

This tunic has much more work done to it than I would expect to see on any (even heavily) worn wartime service tunic. I imagine this was a stripped POW tunic worn for many years after the war and later "restored".

The whole bottom three inches of the tunic has been replaced? no bargain

the whole bottom? IMO not. The sleeve and the lower pockets, but not the whole tunic and a repair at the wholes of the beltcarriersystem.
I prefer better condition, but other are comfortable with such a condition.
