Aside from the moth damage it looks very nice to me. AND to have the accompanying named items with photo makes it even better!

I suppose it is possible the eagle has been restored. More photos of that would help.

I like this tunic. Everything is Original. I'm not sure the eagle has been restored from what I can see. Need a close up of the lining where the eagle ihas been stitched.
