Help regarding an Winter Jacket...perhaps Polizei?

I am doing some research on the jacket attached in this post and would like to know if somebody can tell me if it is WWII and if it perhaps is a Polizei Jacket? The buttons on it are from Assman und sohn.

Mid to late war Police overcoat.

Definitely a mid to later war Police watch mantel. However, seems as if it may have had (black) collar tabs, SD?

I agree fully...Polizei appears to have had sew-in shoulderboards another indicator that it is not an army or SS "mantel"! (overcoat)
Indeed traces of SS or SD collar tabs...not a Polizei thing but it might have been SD used? or post war restored incorrectly?...
So no signs of an SS pattern sleeve eagle ghost? Polizei of course did not wear eagles in their overcoat sleeves...(only on tunics)
