Regarding the back with 2 prongs i would say more an eagle for a picture
album , sometimes found on the cover .

This eagle it's was found in the ground, not by me, so I would like to know if it's original (or not)!

It is definitely not a Heer summer tunic eagle. It looks made up. Steve

IMO original pictures album eagle .
They even made them in white celluloid .

Definitely not a summer tunic breast eagle, dissimilarities of the fastening device and poor casting details on the reverse are obvious. Details on the obverse are not that bad.
I too lean towards an insignia from the cover of a picture album of the era.
