Uniform Removed Eagles - Opinions?

Picked up these 3 uniform removed eagles in a group of items. Vet claims he cut them off the uniforms - as can be seen, he did a poor job on at least one of them. I do not collect cloth, so know nothing about these.

I know there are a number of experts on this forum - looking for a little guidance on these.

It looks you have two tropical eagles one hat and one breast eagle hastily removed and a Luftwaffe breast eagle. Nice score. I like how salty the tropical eagles are.
