Information On DKiG Winner 5th Panzer Regiment

Need help on this one please. Is there any way to find out the name of a German Cross in Gold winner in the 5th Panzer Regiment. The Black Wrap is for a Leutnant. I guess that he could of won it before being in the 5th but I would like to give it a shot. Thanks, Mark.

Without more info on the wrap and clues it will be very hard to figure out who owned it.
