Thanks for your opinions. I had these in a box of fake insignia for years untile I gave them a second look and thought Hmmmmmmmmmmm, I wonder.

Your opinion is good enough for me. Do you think they would have put skulls on these tabs?

they can go either way to be honest. One of the tabs looks like it had a skull at some point and time on it. You see period pics of Pz Jagers wearing these type on wrappers with and without skulls. If there are no major impritns they were probably worn that way. I'll dig through some of my pics and see if I can show a few examples of them on tunics. Matt

seems that they are unworn. The left had 2 holes from a skull.

I´m really not sure about the second pair posted.
