Collar tabs with pipes and black/white piping

Hi guys,

I'm looking for more info about this picture:
- The pipes on each side could indicate a Volkssturm rank (three pipes for Kompanieführer) but the black and white (I would say it's black and white) piping would be strange
- This black and white piping makes me thing of the early SS-VT collar tabs but in this case there would be the SS on the wearer's right side instead of pipes
- It also makes me think of some SA units but there should also be something else on the right tab


Does anyone knows the formation this man belongs to ?

No one has an opinion here ?

I found pictures from SA-Sturmführer (the 3rd one is Horst Wessel) which show a similar corded 2-colour piping on the collar and collar tabs but none of them has the pipes on the 2 sides.

I guess I will try my chance in the political formation forum !
