It reminds me of an LW or KM tropical tunic...if you look at the inside.

Im not sure its an fake tunic yet..

Remove the horrible insignia though...

Actually same can be said of the collar litzen...I see no old holes... nothing has been re-applied! =bad sign!
Return it!

The LW and Km tropical one were worn without them too.

The cloth reminds me of these KM green overalls ?
I already had 2 KM green tropical jackets in this cloth but not in this shape,with the
classical KM cut ...
M43 cut jackets could be made with a lot of different cloth, not only the HBT one but plain one,italian Olona,green/sand tropical cloth,green linen...
So why not an original jacket ?
The manufacture is ok for me !

The tunic looks ok, but the insignia does not.
Woolpiping on M40-boards are not a red flag! But these boards are fake.

So the consensus is that it is a good tunic after all, probably never finished with insignia and postwar restored with bad insignia...
