What kind of shoulder boards are these

Just wondering what I have on hands ? Are these WWI or WWII shoulder boards ? Infantry, Calvary ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Imperial, Oberst. If the flecking is black they are Prussian, if Dark Green-Saxon...I can not tell the color for sure in the photos.

The underlay is a Corp color or possibly a regimental color for cavalry (any one of about five types!) so not branch color. It is almost impossible to say without a cypher or regimental number as there could be many possibilities within just that underlay.
