I would welcome the opinion of the forum, is this eagle correct or a fake?

In my opinion it is a reproduction eagle.

IMO a good one, but noone knows for sure.
Fact is that not all machineembroidered Eagle are found on period fotos, so it
is hard to tell what kind of variant is original or not.
The most of the modern fakes are known because the makers sell them as a fake.
i would like to know if any fake-maker sells this variant-eagle.
It would be no problem to change my mind.
