Cloth insigna Infanteie gefreiter (straps and arm insigna)....opinion please

Hello everyone, I have recovered this small batch of a Gefreiter of Infantry, it all looks the same to wear envi why I believe that all the signs are paired.
I wanted to ask you opinions.
