Panzer skull for collar tab?

Hi Guys,

I just need your opinion on this skull. Is this a panzer collar tab skull or is this SS? By the pics you can see that it was attached to a black backing and this is how I got it from the Vet, however, Idont want to remove he backing out of fear that I may break the prongs!!

Can anyone confirm what I have here?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

IMO it's a SS skull.
