just a question of quriosity, was there ever a 12. SS cufftitle in sütterlin, and if any member is in possesion of a such, would it be possible to see a Picture !

That would be a good question for the SS insignia forum! I personally have never seen a CT added to a leather garment...unless its a leather great coat (still an exception! but in this hobby you can never say never... but provenance is needed for it to be legit!!
