      It looks like the green threads were added between the wings' feathers as highlights as well. I would say this is fairly unusual. Thanks for posting.

        Is this a tunic eagle? I thought the tunic eagles had six second primary feathers? But this one has five?

          Hello,

          I am not too familiar with this type of eagle but do like the basic construction. The two color highlights are pretty neat too.

          The inner feather wing count is generally used with BeVo cap and breast eagles. Cap eagles have 4 feathers and breast eagles have 5. This is a private purchase embroidered piece and some times they followed those rules too.
