Heer tunic help please

Hello all,

I am not a uniform guy at all and I don't even recognize the board devices whatsoever. Any thoughts on this one for me? The loops for the awards look too thin to me.

The tunic appears to be a reproduction to me. All of the insignia is reproduction too, IMO

The "F" device is postwar; probably added as an embellishment or an attempt to pass for a wartime "F" for fortress troops.

I have a reenactor piece with a similar lining...but more burgundy in color. Not a chance this one
The shoulderstraps look more LW gray to me (with white HG piping), also reenactor grade!
