Sonderverband 288 patch

I just picked this sonderverband 288 patch up for next to nothing. I've never had a real one. Looking for some opinions please. No glow and a nice silky material. I think it matches nicely to known originals but would like to get a second opinion.

IMO your patch is original.

Note how bad the swastika looks and the material also looks cheap and synthetic.

Appears to be an original but the fact that the backing material has been removed will negatively affect the value.

Agree with OSS - this original has been trimmed to make it appear used(?) but this will actually de-value it. Better off to have left it in the un-cut square form.

Thanks guys for the help! This is how I received the patch (trimmed). I agree that I wish it had not been trimmed around the edges, but I'm happy to own it none the less.
