Opinions on slip-on insignia 33 batallion/ Regiment

Hello to the experts of insignia.

I had this slip-on insignia from the 33 batallion/ Regiment for a long time in a box (had the pair but can't find the 2nd one) and I'm curious if this is a genuine one or not.

Here my questions:

1. Is is Original ww2?
2. Is it Kavallerie or nachrichten?

I don't know if the pictures will do.

When I look at the photos and the real life item there is a slight difference in color. In real they are like more gold yellow. I think I have the same problem like the thread here below

To me in your images they are without question lemon yellow especially the inside threads that are not dirty or faded etc.

I would say signals also. Among the #33 slides that you find, the recon ones are Kupferbraun and not gold.
