          TJ,

I bought them down in the show in Ulm Germany in the spring, I didn't have any reference stuff with me and my phone didn't want to work in the building. I took a shot at this set but based on several other boards of very similar embroidery on the favorite board thread, I tend to think they are fake embroidery. I know its hard to say with these type of boards but the characteristics of this one seem to jive with other hand embroidered fakes. Matt

Militaria-Michael ebay user ID, AKA Batavis Historica GmbH or Michael Dick seem to be one of the main sellers of these fakes. There are others peddling them also of course.

also me-1963 ebay user ID, Markus Eifler sells a few on ebay also.

They tend to buy up original feldbluse boards and then make there creations out of them. But of course they make entirely new boards or take apart other em boards and make their cyphered fakes.

Here is another pair he has.

                Fakes

Look to be the same two pairs that he sold previously for 151(S7) and 262(S)
Euros. The Eisenbahn Pionierzug 3 still has to be one of the worst though...
